What flooring services does AL NIYEDI offer in Dubai?
AL NIYEDI offers hardwood, SPC, LVT, and WPC flooring installation, wooden decking, floor sanding, lacquering, rectification, and self-leveling subfloor preparation. We serve both residential and commercial clients across UAE.
What is floor sanding and rectification?
Floor sanding removes surface damage and restores a smooth finish on existing wood floors, often followed by lacquering to protect and enhance appearance. Rectification corrects uneven, damaged, or poorly installed flooring before refinishing or replacement.
What is self-leveling subfloor preparation?
Self-leveling is a process where a liquid compound is applied to create a perfectly smooth, even subfloor before new flooring is installed. It’s essential for uneven concrete surfaces and ensures long-lasting results for any flooring type.
Can AL NIYEDI install outdoor wooden decking in Dubai's heat?
Yes. AL NIYEDI installs weather-resistant wooden decking designed to withstand Dubai’s high temperatures and sun exposure. We use materials suited for outdoor durability, including WPC decking options that resist warping and fading.
Do you offer floor colouring and restoration services?
Yes, AL NIYEDI provides floor colouring and restoration for worn, faded, or discoloured wood floors, including sanding, staining, and lacquering to bring floors back to a like-new finish. Free assessments are available.
